1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EOVI mobile application (the “App”) owned and operated by Maison V Group LLC. By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Third-Party Terms: Our App utilizes API services from YouTube and Meta. By using EOVI, you acknowledge and agree that you are also bound by:

2. Eligibility & Regional Age Requirements

2.1 General Age Limit: You must be at least 13 years or older to create a "Sharer" account. The App is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13.

2.2 Local Law Compliance: You agree to comply with all local laws regarding social media access. If your country of residence (including but not limited to Australia or Spain) prohibits or restricts social media use for individuals under a certain age (e.g., under 16), you are strictly prohibited from granting App access to Viewers within that age group, regardless of the App’s default settings.

3. License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not distribute, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Ensuring all information you provide is accurate.

Complying with the YouTube Community Guidelines and Meta’s Community Standards when sharing or viewing content.

5. User Content & Third-Party Embeds

The App allows you to embed public content from YouTube and Instagram.

Ownership: Maison V Group LLC does not claim ownership of the content you embed.

Player Integrity: You agree not to modify, build upon, or block any portion of the official YouTube or Instagram player functionality, including advertisements or overlays served by those platforms.

No Downloading: You are prohibited from downloading or "scraping" video files from the App.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Attempt to breach the security of the App or circumvent parental controls.

Use the App to separate audio from video components of any YouTube content.

Misrepresent your identity or your authority to manage a Viewer’s profile.

Use the App to facilitate any activity that violates third-party platform terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as-is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maison V Group LLC shall not be liable for any data loss, device issues, or errors caused by third-party platform outages (e.g., YouTube or Meta API interruptions). Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using it.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, without notice, for any violation of these Terms or the terms of our third-party partners.

9. Feedback

Any feedback provided to EOVI is voluntary and may be used by us for development and marketing purposes without compensation to you.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States of America.
