Beta Testing Agreement

EOVI — Beta Testing Agreement & Liability Waiver

This Agreement applies to all participants testing Eovi via TestFlight.

1. Confidentiality

As a beta tester, you agree not to:

• Discuss unreleased features if you are made aware of them
• Distribute copies of the app 
• Reveal internal functionality, if made aware of it, to third parties

2. Nature of Beta Software

You acknowledge that:

• The app may contain defects
• Features may change at any time
• Data may be lost, corrupted, or removed
• Performance may vary
• The app is not final and may not function reliably

3. Voluntary Participation

You participate in the beta voluntarily and without compensation.

4. Consent to Data Collection

You consent to the collection of:

• Usage data
• Crash logs
• Diagnostics
• Feedback
• Content and tags shared within the app

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Eovi from liability related to:

• Data loss
• Device malfunctions
• App crashes
• Bugs, instability, or performance issues
• Unauthorized access resulting from beta defects

6. Termination

Eovi may remove you from the beta program at any time without notice.

7. No Warranty

Eovi is provided “as-is” with no warranties of any kind.

8. Acceptance

By installing or using the TestFlight build of Eovi, you acknowledge and agree to all terms of this Beta Testing Agreement.
